Easy Installation: The panel's overall size is 12.24 x 12.24 inches, with a mounting size of 10 x 10 inches.Position the panel against the wall where you plan to install it and outline the frame with a pencil along the flange. You can use a bubble level to align the panel with the floor or wall. Cut the wall using a saw along the pencil line approximately 1-2mm higher than the marked outline of the panel. Apply sealant on the back of the access panel frame and press it into place. Done!
