Looking for an update on your order? Start with the View your order link in your order confirmation email. It opens your secure order status page with the latest information available for your order.
How to check your order
- Find your order confirmation email.
- Select View your order to open your order status page.
- If tracking has been added, follow the tracking link for the carrier’s latest updates.
No tracking information yet?
If your order has not been fulfilled, carrier tracking may not yet be available. If your order is marked fulfilled but no tracking is shown, that status alone does not confirm that the carrier has received or scanned your package. Your order status page will show tracking if it is added.
A tracking number is shown, but there are no carrier updates
A tracking number can be created before the carrier receives or scans the package. Carrier updates are expected after the carrier processes it, but timing varies by carrier and service. We cannot confirm a delivery date from a tracking number alone.
Tracking updates are available
Use the tracking link on your order status page for the latest available carrier information. Some services provide fewer updates than others.
